DEMOCRACY IN BULGARIA

Bulgarian Declaration of Peace,
Freedom & Sovereign Independence,
Under the Rules & Status of Absolute Democracy.

The Common Sense of True Democracy:
“Abdocracy” – Absolute Democracy is Zero Tolerance for Immorality & Crime.

The definition of the word “democracy” under the presidential and country’s new rules of the Democratic Republic of Bulgaria and the Global Balkan Federation; Absolute Democracy.

Over the ages, since the 5th century BCE, most of the world’s countries have independently used different interpretations of the word democracy adjusted to their country’s politics and foreign policies. It was often characterized by the direct participation of citizens in the political process, with decisions made through public debate and voting in an Assembly. For example, in some countries, democracy is essential for ensuring political freedom, individual rights, and social justice. In other countries, the interpretation of democracy may be more limited, focusing primarily on the procedural aspects of elections and decision-making. In addition, the concept of democracy in most countries is affected by political, social, and cultural factors, such as historical experiences, economic development, religious beliefs, and geopolitical circumstances.

As a result, today, populations of the world crave absolute peace. Still, the concept of democracy is widely misinterpreted. The word “tolerance,” as a concept of freedom, has buried the vital importance of morality where “Tolerance” permits the creation of an order of immoral and unjust conduct, leaving a nation under destructive, corrupted behaviors. In the ruling democratic system of Bulgaria, there is zero Tolerance for immoralities or immoral behaviors of any sort.

The True Meaning of Tolerance Under the Rules of Human Dignity:

Tolerance is essential in promoting peaceful coexistence, social harmony, and mutual understanding in diverse societies. It helps to create an atmosphere of respect where people can engage in constructive dialogue and cooperate, despite their differences. At its core, Tolerance involves recognizing all human beings’ inherent worth and dignity, regardless of their race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or cultural background. It is not just a passive attitude but an active commitment to creating a world where everyone can live with dignity and respect. In summary, Tolerance is respecting and accepting differences without prejudice, discrimination, or intolerance. It is a fundamental value that promotes diversity, social harmony, and peaceful coexistence in pluralistic societies.

Zero Tolerance for Immoralities, Wrongful, Damaging, and Harmful Behaviors:

Tolerance is not the same as condoning or accepting immorality. While Tolerance involves respecting the differences in opinions, beliefs, and behaviors of others, it does not approve of behaviors or actions that are of immoral or harmful origins. Immoral behavior and actions can violate fundamental ethical principles and values. Therefore, the inclusion of laws that protect individuals from discrimination, hate speech, or violence, as well as social norms that promote respect for human dignity and diversity, are necessary. Additionally, ensuring that “immoral behaviors” are clearly defined as crimes and not subject to an arbitrary interpretation of Tolerance is crucial. Therefore, the nation requires a transparent and inclusive process of defining and enforcing ethical standards grounded in fundamental principles and values. Those values protect the mental health of leaders and influencers alike toward the proper growth and prosperity of peace in environments that promote and protect the economic development of the nations.

Misuse of Tolerance Leading to Total Anarchy:

Misusing the word “tolerance” can lead to anarchy or disorder. When Tolerance justifies or condones illegal or immoral behavior, it can lead to a breakdown of law and order and undermine a society’s social fabric. In some cases, extremist groups or individuals may use Tolerance as a shield to engage in violent or harmful behavior to destabilize society. Moreover, the absence of a legitimate authority to enforce moral rules of law can result in the misuse of Tolerance, as individuals or groups may take advantage of the situation to pursue their interests without regard for the rights and freedoms of others. The Bulgarian Absolute Democracy is the practice of Responsibility following the nation’s fundamental ethical principles and values to keep the order of discipline for the well-being and safety of the entire population.

The Principles of Absolute Democracy in Bulgaria: Freedom is Responsibility.
Freedom Does Not Exist Without Responsibility.

The laws of respect for the environment are absolute, and there cannot be any tolerance for breaking the rules of interaction with nature. The rules and guidelines for interacting with nature are the laws of sustainability, conservation, and respect for the natural environment. This implies the absolute protection and the sustainable use of natural resources, promoting renewable energy sources and encouraging green technologies that eliminate pollution and waste.

The laws of respect for the population are essential in human interaction that promotes social harmony, mutual understanding, and peaceful coexistence. Treating others respectfully creates a positive and inclusive social environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. It involves treating others with dignity, courtesy, and consideration. Therefore, Bulgarian national standards lead to a strict approach to enforcing rules and regulations against any behavior or action considered immoral or harmful to others.

The law of absolute respect for children and women is the rule that has no compromise. These legal frameworks may include laws that prohibit discrimination, exploitation, or violence against children and women and provide for their education, healthcare, and protection from harm. In Bulgarian democracy, the legal and social frameworks protect their rights and ensure their safety and well-being as they present the most vulnerable members of society.

The laws of absolute respect for public funds and properties. These laws are based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity, and they are designed to ensure that public funds and properties are used responsibly and ethically. Anti-corruption laws are vital to the legal frameworks that govern public funds and properties. They prevent and deter corruption and bribery in public office. The Bulgarian democracy promotes a culture of transparency to help to build public trust and confidence in government institutions and educate the public about the importance of these values in promoting good governance and sustainable development.

In a society programmed to grow its economy, the absolute safety of citizen by the rules of total protection of life resume in taking a fundamental stand against crime. Any action viewed as endangering human life is considered and perceived as a crime against humanity. Therefore, Bulgarian democracy rejects and rebukes any criminal activity that disrupts its social and economic developments and takes firm direct measures to protect the life of its citizen. Taking a fundamental stand against crime involves establishing clear laws and regulations that prohibit criminal behavior and establish penalties for those who engage in such behaviors. Zero Tolerance stands against any behavior or action considered immoral or harmful to others.

The Unification of Political Parties and Religious Practices Under the Rules of Absolute Morality.

Absolute democracy referring to absolute morality, translates the idea that objective and universal moral principles apply to all individuals and societies, regardless of their cultural, religious, or political background.

These principles include respect for human dignity, justice, compassion, and non-violence within leadership and decision-making. Aligning political parties and religious practices under the rules of absolute morality involves aligning political and religious ideologies with these moral principles to promote an ethical and moral society. In the Democratic Nation of Bulgaria, no individual or group can betray these based moral principles regardless of philosophical background or inclination.

Every ideology stands based on the common sense of order and life according to the unmistakable laws that govern the creation of environmental support for each human being. Promoting individual group agenda must pursue the benefits that resolve in the profit of the nations.

Absolute Bulgarian Democracy and Absolute Leadership of Peace.

A leader who has mastered the law of common sense of protecting the principle of absolute respect for the moral and physical life of the people can make decisions to protect the Bulgarian nation in the art of negotiation and the protocol of total care for the security and peace of the Bulgarian country, as for the safety and stability of the neighboring nations.

The common sense of Absolute Democracy dictates that all parties live the betterment of the people first before any profit related to special interest. Therefore, the party that enhances people’s lives for the profit of the population at large is viewed as a “central party” because it also benefits the efforts of the other participating parties in the endeavor to help populations from all angles of economic prosperity for peace and protection.

Under the joyful, beautiful, and celebrating spirit of the nation of Bulgaria, portrayed and maintained by Absolute Democracy, any crime against the health and the moral and physical life of the population is considered treason and a crime against humanity within the jurisdiction of one sovereign and independent power of peace and common sense. Furthermore, the nation adheres to the commitment to promoting an exemplary system to benefit other countries for world peace and restoration.

“The Law of Cause and Effect define that every action produces a reaction in this universe. Therefore, when associating common sense in decision making, we undoubtedly deduce that proper common morality, social discipline, and values in education and communications will turn the people toward civilized and well-organized community behaviors.” Brian S. Mason (President of Bulgaria and the Balkan Federation).

“My people are going to lean on the principle of democracy in dictating the truth and teaching of science.” Mustafa Kemal Ataturk (first President of Turkey in the 20th century).
